
Production Manager
Universal Motherhood
Under the commission of Anagram, hired and performed as the production manager for Universal Motherhood, an immerisve exhibition at Noho Studios, Soho, for the client Save the Children.
Using local and detailed knowledge of the city of London I provided support and logistical assistance to artists involved to insure the installations were produced and installed to the high standard required. Directing the installs into the studio, a combination of crew and contractors was managed to give considerable spacial changes to the venue including false rooms and ceilings.
The job ran smoothly to schedule and the client and production company remain impressed with the professionalism and sharp finish I was able to deliver.
Key responsibilities included:

Organising and co-ordinating contractors

Assisting visual & audio artists in developing artworks within the venue.

RAMS and fire/evacuation planning.

Liaising with studio and crew to alter the studio delicately and to specification

Drawing up and working to accurate production schedules.
